If you subscribe to use our services, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern ez ecommerce’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website or services.
The term ‘ez ecommerce’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 48 Greenacre Dr,BD129DH. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:
- Subscription to our service is at a cost of £14.99 per calendar month, excluding the first 30 days which are free of charge
- Any modifications or custom edits that differ from the templates installed into ez ecommerce are subject to an extra charge. Please contact us to discuss your project and obtain a quote.
- Ez ecommerce operate a no contract service. You are free to un-subscribe whenever you wish, to do so you can contact us and we will disable your account with immediate effect.
- Once you have contacted us to un-subscribe, we will disbale your account which includes domain name and hosting.
- 30 days after the date of cancellation your online store and contents will be deleted from our servers. You can however re-instate your subscription at any point within the 30 days and your subscription and store will continue to operate as normal
